Refund
POLICY
All ticket sales are final.
CODA does not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers for purchased tickets, including for missed events, scheduling conflicts, illness, or changes in personal plans.
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by CODA or the event organizer, ticket holders will be contacted directly with instructions. In the case of a cancellation, refunds will be issued automatically to the original method of payment. For rescheduled events, previously purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated.
CODA is not responsible for tickets purchased through third-party sellers, resellers, or unauthorized platforms. We can only assist with tickets purchased directly through our official channels: codatoronto.com or Ticketweb.
By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to all venue policies, including entry requirements and security procedures.
